If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to The Backyard.

After entering your birth date in the rewards page, you will receive your points on the morning of your birthday. Points usually show between 9 am and 12 pm AEST, so please don't worry if they don't show at midnight.

Please note: If you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after the entry date. You will not receive birthday points if you enter your birth date after it has already passed. You’ll receive your points on your actual birthday the following year.

1. The Good Dog Club (also referred to as WAG’s Rewards or Loyalty Program) is a customer rewards program (“Program”) managed and conducted by Watch and Grow Food Co. (“WAG” “we” or“our”) for the benefit of its customers (“Customer” or “you”). Terms and conditions are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by WAG in its sole discretion at any time.
   
   
2. Opting in to the Program is automatic upon: the creation of a customer account by providing personal information for the WAG database (“Client file”) online via the program sign-up box on getwag.com.au or at the checkout page.
   
   
3. For every $1 spent on our website, WAG members will accrue a minimum 1 points ('Good Bills'). These points can be used on products on www.getwag.com.au unless otherwise stipulated.
   
   
4. This rewards program only pertains to WAG’s website and is not affiliated with any other program offered by other brands or retailers, even if WAG products are retailed by those brands or retailers.
   
   
5. Once 150 points are accrued, this amount can be redeemed into $15 off for a future order.
   
   
6. Members will periodically receive emails from getwag.com.au domain notifying them of their rewards points balance.
   
   
7. Customers must be a WAG online member to qualify to earn rewards points.
   
   
8. WAG Rewards Program is not open to WAG Online Wholesale Accounts.
   
   
9. Members must have an Australian business/residential address.

15. WAG Rewards Points may be redeemed by the member immediately after they are earned. Coupon code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one coupon code redemption per purchase.
    
    
16. WAG Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    
    
17. WAG Rewards Points are not redeemable for returned products.
    
    
18. WAG Reward Points used on returned or refunded products are not redeemable.
    
    19. WAG has rights to make changes to program at anytime without noticing customers.
