At WAG, we are pure of heart, intention and treat. We are dedicated to giving you and your doggo the best. So if you have any questions that aren’t answered below, we want to make sure you bark up as it’s important to us to follow up any issues with our treats.

Once dispatched, you can also find your tracking number in your emails and track your order via AusPost here.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
WAG is packs and sends orders out from Melbourne, Australia. You can feel great knowing that your order has come straight from us – it’s as fresh as it gets!
WHAT SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use Australia Post for all our orders. We can get your parcel delivered straight to your front door or to your PO box. If you have a specific delivery requirement, let us know so we can pass it onto AusPost. Please be aware that we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in accordance with requirements, but once it is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery process is out of our control.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
WAG offers free shipping for orders $35 and over. For orders under the value of $35, we offer shipping at a flat $9.00 (including GST) shipping fee.
If you're keen beans, you can get select Express Shipping for $15 flat anywhere in Australia.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER IT IS DISPATCHED?
Generally, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can keep an eye on your treats.
- VIC, NSW, ACT: 1-2 business days
- TAS, SA: 2-3 business days
- QLD: 3-4 business days
- WA, NT: 4-6 business days
During sale events, promotions or public holidays there may be a delay on your order being shipped out.
When making a purchase, you’re required to opt-in to either safe drop or signature required delivery.
SAFE DROP(AUTHORITY TO LEAVE)
When opting for safe drop, your package will be left in a concealed location for when you’re not home to receive it. Perfect for the time-poor pet parent.
We’ll always do our best to deliver in the way that suits you. But if an AusPost courier considers safe drop delivery unsuitable - like in apartments that aren’t accessible, or homes with nowhere to hide a package - they may decide to leave a delivery slip instead.
We can’t be held liable for packages that have been damaged or gone missing when left with safe drop.
With this option, a courier will take your order to a nearby Post Office if you’re not home to sign for it.
Best suited to those who may not have a secure place for a package to hide, or who may not be home for a few days.
DO YOU SEND OVERSEAS?
We want to treat doggos far and wide to the 100% natural Aussie taste, but for the present time, we’ll need to arrange a custom overseas order to do so. Please contact us with your request and we’ll send you a quote.
