How does Subscribe & Save work?

Save 15% on a selection of our healthy treats! It’s now even easier to get your doggo’s favourite treats delivered with Subscribe & Save. 

How It Works!

Step 1. Shop treats from our selected range, click ‘Subscribe & Save’ and add the product to your cart.
Step 2. Set up an account and a personalised delivery frequency at check out.
Step 3. Sit back, relax and watch your doggo’s treats roll in.


There is NO lock-in contract and you can opt out at any time. A minimum of 2 orders applies to all ‘Subscribe & Save’ Subscriptions. Read our T&Cs for more information on the minimum number of orders.

How do I manage my Subscribe & Save orders?

You can edit your subscription, update billing info and see your purchase history through the customer portal via your account login.

Help! I can’t log into my account…

On the login page select ‘forgot your password'. Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link to update your password. If you received a message saying “No account found with that email”, please double-check the spelling of your email is correct. Still can’t log in? Contact our Customer Service team @ support@getwag.com.au for further assistance. 

How regularly can I schedule my subscription?

You can schedule your subscription to arrive between 2 and 12 weeks apart. Subscribe & Save is flexible and allows you to set up multiple subscriptions depending on your doggo’s needs. 

I am not ready for my next subscription, can I change the date?

Yes, Simply log into your account and change the next charge date. You may also choose to skip a cycle if you plan to be away or still have an abundance of treats leftover from your doggo’s previous order. Note: There is a minimum of 2 orders to meet before cancellations or changes can be made. 


Can I change the products in my subscription?

The answer is YES! To change the products in your subscription, log in to your account to update your product preferences. 


Note: There is a minimum of 2 orders to meet before products can be changed in your account. If you have not met the minimum of two orders please contact customer support at support@getwag.com.au, we will happily swap products for you.


Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time after you have received a minimum of 2 orders. Read our T&Cs for more information on subscription cancellation. 


What is the minimum number of orders?

There is a minimum of 2 orders applied to all ‘Subscribe & Save’ Subscriptions. Read our T&Cs for more information on the minimum number of orders.

Can I use a discount code or another offer against my subscription?

Our subscription service offers a 15% discount* and FREE delivery on your doggo’s subscription. If a lower price is available to all customers on our website at the time of your repeat order, we will automatically match the price for you. No further discounts, including discount codes, reward points, friend referrals or one-off discounts can be applied to a subscription order.

What is the minimum number of cycles I will be charged once I sign up?

There is a minimum charge of 2 cycles following sign up. Read our T&Cs for more information on the minimum number of cycles charged.
