Good bills can be redeemed on all orders except the already discounted "Subscribe & Save" Orders.
If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to The Backyard.

Rewards products, experiences, and discounts will now be available to redeem exclusively on https://getwag.com.au/pages/loyalty-program and not available during checkout. As a reminder, points cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions and will only apply to eligible items.
After entering your birth date in the rewards page, you will receive your points on the morning of your birthday. Points usually show between 9 am and 12 pm AEST, so please don't worry if they don't show at midnight.
Please note: If you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after the entry date. You will not receive birthday points if you enter your birth date after it has already passed. You’ll receive your points on your actual birthday the following year.
