Where is this treat made?
WAG are Aussie-owned, run and packaged. Goat Horns, Jerky and Bones are some of our favourite treats, they’re sourced right here in Victoria and Queensland. Our Antlers come from our neighbours in New Zealand. We use the best meat sourced locally from the best butchers. Only if we sniff out a better product elsewhere do we travel overseas, because being 100% natural, grain free and additive free is important to us and for our doggos. How is the treat made/prepared?
We care as much as you do about your doggo’s health. Jerky and Bones Dried to perfection through slow air-dehydration, we remove the moisture and add nothing back in to give dog owners peace of mind and doggos the taste of home ’cause we love them like our own. We keep our processes as real as our ingredients. Our treats are farm-sourced, hand-cut and locally packaged using step-by-step techniques. Antlers We go straight to our neighbours in New Zealand to ethically source our antlers, because they’re Deer to us. So you know your raw antlers are naturally shed in the wild or by-products left for waste (and we never let a good treat go to waste). We keep our processes as real as our ingredients. Our treats are farm-sourced, hand-cut and locally packaged using step-by-step techniques. Horns We go straight to our Aussie farmers to source the best goat horns. So you know your natural horns are by-products left for waste (and we never let a good treat go to waste) they’re wild, home-grown and Australian owned. What size is appropriate for my dog?
We care as much as you do about your doggos health, so here are our recommendations: Small Chews – For small dog breeds or light chewers (regardless of size) Medium Chews – For medium sized doggos or moderate chewers (regardless of size) Large Chews – For large dog breeds and strong chewers (regardless of size) If your doggo meets these guidelines, great! If they’re a little out of the dogbox, we suggest a medium size chew to start with. Long lasting medium chews are great for smaller dogs who are strong chewers, or larger breeds who are light chewers. Any treat that is wider than the width of your doggo’s face is also a safe bet size-wise for your dog to get chewy with.
If my dog's favourite treat is out of stock, when will it be back?
Sometimes some of our treats are out of stock. It’s as natural as it gets with WAG treats and naturally supply ebbs and flows. Generally stock is back within 1 week. Anything further than that, get in touch with us
Why are yoghurt drops out of stock?
During the summer season in Australia, yoghurt can melt in transit so we take them out of stock when the heat hits. They are generally unavailable through November to March, but we always sing it loud and clear on our socials when they’re back in action.
I have a new puppy! What do you recommend?
We’re excited to welcome your puppy to the pack! Firstly, check out our ‘Ideal for Puppies’ collection which contains soft chews like Moo Tubes, Kangaroo Cubes, and Jerkies. Skin and Coat For healthy skin and a shiny coat, Seafood treats high in Omega fatty acids and hypoallergenic properties are the way to go. Try our Blue Whiting and Forage Fish, they’re single ingredient and 100% tasty! Sensitive Stomachs For sensitive tummies, lean Kangaroo is a great alternative to common proteins like Beef and Chicken. Try our Kangaroo Liver and Kangaroo Cubes, they’re natural, hypoallergenic and 100% tasty! Diabetic For diabetic dogs, Kangaroo, Venison and Fish are great lean choices with hypoallergenic properties. Try our Kangaroo Liver, Venison Jerky and Blue Whiting; they’re natural, hypoallergenic and 100% tasty! Fussy Dogs Doggos love to smell what they eat! Are your shark products sustainably sourced?
We care as much as you do about your dog’s health, and our planet’s too, so we appreciate your concern. Our shark products are ethically sourced in Queensland as a by-product of foods farmed in a fish-friendly way for human consumption but left to waste, a great way to source natural treats for dogs. We do not intentionally endanger the shark population and support water quality protection and conservation practices. Our ethical sourcing process is important to us and we are confident in it and our supplier who is actively involved in these conservation practices. Where is your meat sourced from?
We use the best meat sourced locally from the best butchers. Only if we sniff out a better product elsewhere do we travel overseas. If you are unsure of where a treat is sourced from, make sure to check the product page. You can find out where it comes from, and even more information about our source for the meat, on every product page. We have more than 80 products sourced right here in Australia and five retail products sourced elsewhere for their quality. Three of these products are from our neighbours in New Zealand (Antler, Venison, Sheep Ears, and sometimes Green Lipped Mussels) and two of these (Bully Bites and Bully Sticks) are from Brazil. Are your imported products irradiated?
It is an Australian import requirement that all products are irradiated. Our international suppliers are all registered with the American FDA, the British BRC, the IFS Food division and numerous others. They are also HACCP food safety system certified Approved and ISO 9001 quality system certified, which can be thought of as a higher standard food health regulation than those required in Australia. They are certified to meet the demands for health, safety and quality required by those various organisations and is fully endorsed by SGS, the gold standard for quality testing and product integrity. How does Subscribe & Save work?
It’s now easier (and more affordable) to get your doggo’s favourite treats delivered with Subscribe & Save. If you create an order, and select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option on the product page, you’ll be able to set up a flexible order delivery schedule and even save an extra 10-15% off products! There’s no contract and you can opt out at anytime. We'll send you a 7 day reminder email before your next order is due. When the order is processed, you will pay the price displayed on the reminder email.
How do I manage my Subscribe & Save orders?
You can edit your subscription, update billing info, or see your purchase history through the customer portal via your account login.
I can’t find my logins for my account
Use the Customer Account page and navigate to the bottom where it prompts you to reset your password. Put in the email that you used to sign up for an account and we’ll send you an email with a link to update your password. If you received a message saying “No account found with that email”, please double check the spelling of your email is correct. If you are certain that your email is correct and still cannot login, get in touch with us to see if we can find your linked account.
I just created my account and I have no order history
If you’ve purchased products in the past but did not set up an account online with us at that time, orders won't be stored in your order history. To access past orders, we recommend getting in touch with us to see if we can help you find the information you're after.

Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account Once dispatched, you can also find your tracking number in your emails and track your order.

Why am I charged for shipping even when I order products valued at over $35?
Shipping charges are calculated after the discounted price, so please ensure that your cart value is $35 or over after the coupon discount has been applied to qualify for "free shipping".
What happens if my doggo doesn't like the treat?
We totally understand that every dog is an individual, with individual tastes, and not every treat will suit them! Palatability is important to us, so we'd understand if you'd like to return your treats.
If that's what you'd prefer, we ask that for any returns, the bag or single treat/s is mainly intact and done within 60 days of receipt. Please get in touch with us on live chat or via our contact form to help sort out the next steps for returns and for some tasty recommendations that your doggo may prefer!
