Each batch of points you earn is valid for 365 days from the date you earned them.

That means every time you shop, the points from that order get their own expiry date.

Important to know:

• New points don’t refresh old points
  
• Each lot of points expires exactly 1 year after you earned them
  
• Once they expire, they’re gone for good
