Delayed Delivery - Australia Post Delays
Possible delays to your order
Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5 days on top of the expected delivery time. While we fulfill your order within a 1-2 day timeframe, for delivery of WAG orders, this means up to 7-10 days.
If you believe your order has exceeded the delayed timeframe, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with Australia Post here or get in touch with us directly via our Live Chat or via email. We will happily lodge an inquiry on your behalf.
