Gift with Purchase Promotion T&Cs
How to claim your free gift:
To be eligible for a free gift, your order must meet the specified minimum purchase amount of $100 and you must check out directly through our website. Our promotional offers are powered by the BOGOS app, which automatically adds the gift to your cart once the conditions are met.
Important notice regarding order processing:
- Shop App: The BOGOS app and its automatic free gift functionality are not supported when processing orders through the Shop App. If you place your order using the Shop App's accelerated checkout, the gift will not be automatically added to your order and will not be shipped with your package.
- Recurring subscription orders: This offer is not valid for recurring subscription orders managed by our subscription provider, Recharge. The promotion applies only to one-time purchases made on our website.
To ensure you receive your free gift, you must complete a one-time purchase of $100 or more on our website.
Exclusions:
- This offer is not valid for the purchase of gift cards. Your order subtotal must consist of physical products to qualify.
- Purchases of gift cards or recurring subscription items will not count toward the $100 minimum purchase amount required to receive a free gift.
Other terms:
- This offer is valid only for the duration of the promotion, or while stocks last.
- Offer is limited to one gift per customer only
- The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.
- Eligibility for the free gift is determined by the final order value of $100 or more after all other discounts have been applied, and before shipping and taxes.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
